Cod. 5215

High quality joint made of modified PTFE containing 2% of a special carbon mix. Innovative material, excellent replacement for asbestos seals and conventional PTFE products. The material’s good mechanical properties enable to create high quality long-lasting seals. It has excellent chemical, mechanical, thermal resistance and good compression. High resistance index (LOI), reduced load  deformation,  low  friction coefficient, excellent electrical conductivity, compatible with food contact, antistatic, not subject to ageing. Being an excellent electrical conductor, the product is fit for use in ATEX areas, as it has a volume resistivity lower than 10⁶ Ω ∙cm.
