Considered an excellent replacement for asbestos, the diagonally braided Rubberglass packing is made with special high quality glass yarns, and impregnated yarn-by-yarn with special polymers. It is extremely hard and compact. It is used to make pads for wire-drawing machines and has been designed to achieve the best results bearing in mind the type of plant used and the operating variables which are:

– Line speed

– Wire dimensions

– Uniform zinc coating

– Homogeneous distribution / saving of zinc

– Pad duration

Applications

Pads for wire-drawing mills. Also used in wire-drawing machines in the process of hot-dip galvanization.
