Cod. 4143B

This is a seal obtained by extrusion of pure non-sintered PTFE, to which special lubricants have been added. Soft and easily adaptable to any seal housing, this seal is chemically inert and withstands the aggression of all chemical products and solvents, with the exception of alkali materials. It does not harden within the limit of 200°C, thus preventing scoring of the shaft, it is resistant to corrosive agents.

Applications

For use with acids, alkalis, oil, gas, solvents, steam, clean fluids, centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, mixers, agitators, expansion joints, valves, vacuum pumps, suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
